Timothy J. UckerExperience: Mr. Ucker served as a judicial assistant to Justice John M. Matthias of the Supreme Court of Ohio from 1967 until 1970 when he began his private practice of law in Ohio. Throughout his career he has concentrated his practice primarily in the areas of business law and civil litigation. He has represented architects, engineers, contractors, banks, insurance companies and other corporate entities and has extensive experience in business, real estate and corporate bankruptcy matters. Mr. Ucker has represented clients in civil cases regarding anti-trust, construction, employment, libel, personal injury, real property, tax and other matters. From 1990 to 1993 Mr. Ucker served as special counsel to the Ohio Building Authority to litigate and resolve contractor’s claims arising out of the construction of the Vernon Riffe Center in Columbus, Ohio.
